As the former co-owner of a successful, multi-generational commercial masonry company, he understands what it takes to build and lead a trusted company - from exceptional customer service to skilled craftsmanship and attention to detail.

Outside of work, Joe enjoys spending time with his wife, Elizabeth, and their two sons, Joseph and Dominic. Whether it's camping with the family or working on projects around the house, Joe is someone who likes to stay busy and work with his hands.

Known by friends and neighbors as the person who can fix just about anything, he's always willing to lend a hand whenever someone needs help. He's also a licensed private pilot where he shares his passion for flying with his father, Joseph DeMarco Sr, founder of the non-profit organization Wings Flights of Hope.
